Express Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
All Express orders will be processed and dispatched on the next working day to which they were made and delivery will be the following working day from date dispatched. Working day is defined as Monday to Friday and excludes all public and bank holidays. This excludes the Scottish highlands where delivery can take up to 3 working days from dispatch.
Standard Delivery UK
Standard Delivery is guaranteed within 28 days of your order, though normally delivery times are well within this time scale on average 5 to 7 working days.
Is guaranteed within 28 days, though all orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of receipt thus delivery times may vary from county to county.

- Overseas Delivery charge is calculated on weight of each order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.
Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, along with the receipt you received with your order.
Please include a note stating the problem with your order, and if you would like an exchange be sure to give sizing details.

Once we receive your item, we will initiate an exchange and send out your replacement item(s) within 7 working days by second class Royal Mail.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and if your return is approved we will initiate a refund.
We will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card which may take 5 working days from when we receive your items. If you have paid by cheque or postal order, we will refund you by cheque which will be within 14 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items or an Error on Our Part
If you receive an item which is faulty, or items other than what you ordered - please contact us and we will give you details on how to return the item(s) using our Freepost address.
